Positive: The receptionist was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Negative: The room was very old and had many leaks that stained the floors and walls. The shower was wheelchair accessible. It was put in wrong and when showering, the water drained out onto the floor and created a flood. Had to use all of the towels and wring them out to get the leaked water from the shower taken care of. Our room was tucked in the corner and had rooms above us and beside us. No insulation in the walls, we could hear every step, sneeze and scrape of the chairs. Noisy all night. We did not sleep well. The TV wiring was behind a dresser type thing which was against the baseboard heating. Was afraid to turn on heater because of the fire hazard. It was cold. I like to think we are not picky people and look for the good in things. It was hard to do in this case.

Positive: They sold water in the lobby for just $1 per bottle.
Negative: There was Construction going on at the property, which blocked most of the parking spaces. It was a long walk from my room to my car. Also no elevator to my second floor room. .

Positive: Inside the room was fine. Comfortable bed. Hot shower.
Negative: Hotel is remodeling and the outside is trashed. Dumpsters. Stacks of mattresses. Shopping carts full of junk. The second complaint was being put directly next to the owners suite. They left their exterior door open so I could see the children watching TV or whatever anytime I went out. Walls are very thin so I could hear conversation, teeth brushing, tv everything.

Positive: Our room was nice. Great location for our needs.
Negative: Our first impression wasn't great. There were a lot of renovations taking place and a lot of supplies left all over. Everything was cleaned up the next day as they got more work done. Tune breakfast was pretty awful.
